Happy Thursday darlings, am so excited to finally get to share an all black outfit post with you all. Anyone who knows me knows black is my first love. I have been itching to share an all black ensemble but at the same time had a wonderful time exploring other color options and styles. So far so good, everyday is a fashion learning experience and i have been a very good student (giggles). And what better way to end the month and usher in my birthday month?

A wardrobe essential, every girls best friend, the Little Black Dress. Yes, its the one thing all ladies need in their closet and there is nothing like too many LBDs, never ever. Its the one piece of garment that you can slay with in the office, at a glam event and on a night out with friends. Hey, who doesn’t love a garment that can serve more than one purpose effortlessly? A garment that hugs you in all the right places and is so easy to style too? I don’t know about you but that sounds like something i want so bad. _69A4435

For this post i chose to style my LBD for a night out. Well, its been a while since i was out partying, say 30 months or so, (wow now i feel like i need a night out soon), can’t believe its been that long. My birthday is just 13 days maybe i might just treat myself to a great night out. lol. Back to the blog post, i decided to do an all black ensemble with a touch of gold from this beautiful clutch bag my mum gifted me and the gorgeous neck-piece from my darling friend, Nancy._69A4411 (1)

Normally its considered a fashion faux pas when you are too matchy matchy but when it comes to black, an all black look works perfectly with just a little touch of another color. Yes, you can be fashionable in black , there is nothing like going overboard with black. One more reason why its my happy color and love it too much. I added the black waist length leather jacket for that edgy look that is just perfect for a night out and to match the leather detail on the dress.
